  • The writing group Elyna has constructed has been a much needed tonic in my life. Classes are well thought out, enjoyable and above all supportive.   • I really enjoyed this course (healing through writing), the exercises were fun and different, and I loved the pace of it. We were diving deeper, but also in a gentle way. There were confronting exercises, but they were an invitation to look within instead of running away.
